A medical procedure - Can I Bring A lawsuit Against My Surgeon If by chance He Destroyed My Chest muscles?

Q: I just had a breast growth put in and I don't like where did they came out. Can I bring case against my plastic medical professionsal if he won't fix them without cost?

A: There are a couple issues here. The first is your unhappiness with resulting from the breast implants. The second is whenever you can sue which repair the first result at no charge.

First- the fact that you had breast implants suggests that you are currently not satisfied with your appearance to begin with. Breast implant and cosmetic surgery cases are inherently bad cases should take because they the requirement subjective feelings, opinions and impressions on patient. Specifically, the patient isn't happy with how they are initially, and after the method, they are still unsatisfied with the result. Just vital unsatisfied with the breast surgery results doesn't imply that there was evidence of malpractice.

There are always risks most any surgery. I am positive that your plastic surgeon provided you with a detailed form called an educated Consent sheet that described the process. You may have also been given brochures or checking out describing the risks, benefits and alternatives within the breast surgery you wanted to do have. Again, I assume that since you went forward using the surgery, you signed this consent and realized there was a possibility the outcome might not be perfect.

The second point is that you must address your displeasure out of your plastic surgeon. There are times wedding reception doctor will agree ones revise the procedure free of charge to you. At other times the doctor believes he or she did a good theme, but other factors brought about the poor outcome, and he may not be agreeable to revise the process for free.

Remember, you're able to bring a lawsuit, but the question is whether your case continues to have merit, and whether it is financially in your best interest and your attorney in the market to proceed.

In my viewpoint, I do not accept plastic surgery cases unless you can see, based upon expert health review, that there are departures from care and attention (not just that the owner is unhappy with the result of their boob job, or nose job), that the departures were a considerable factor in causing problems, and that the personal injury is permanent.
